1. Nature of Our Services

VELNXT provides customized digital services, including but not limited to:

As these services are tailored to each client’s requirements, they cannot be resold or reused once work has commenced.

2. Advance Payments

All advance payments are made to reserve project resources, conduct planning, and begin project execution.

Once a project has started, advance payments are generally non-refundable.

3. Eligible Refund Situations

A refund may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client.
  • Incorrect payment amount due to a technical error.
  • VELNXT is unable to start the project for reasons solely attributable to us.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The client changes their mind after project commencement.
  • Delay caused by the client in providing content, approvals, or required information.
  • Project cancellation by the client after work has begun.
  • Dissatisfaction due to changes in business strategy or personal preference after approved work has been delivered.
  • SEO performance or search engine ranking expectations.
  • Website traffic, enquiries, or sales expectations.
  • Third-party software, hosting, domains, premium themes, plugins, licenses, APIs, or subscription fees purchased on the client’s behalf.
  • Services already completed or partially completed.
  • Consultation, planning, research, or strategy sessions that have already been delivered.

5. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

Before Work Begins

If work has not started, VELNXT may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial refund after deducting any applicable administrative or transaction costs.

After Work Begins

If work has commenced:

  • Payments already made are generally non-refundable.
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date may be delivered upon request.
  • Any outstanding dues for completed work remain payable.

6. Milestone Payments

For projects with milestone-based payments:

  • Each completed milestone is considered accepted unless concerns are raised within the agreed review period.
  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Future unpaid milestones may be cancelled if the project is terminated.

7. Website Development Projects

Once any of the following activities have started, the corresponding effort is considered billable:

  • Business consultation
  • Requirement analysis
  • Wireframing
  • UI/UX design
  • Website development
  • Custom coding
  • Content integration
  • SEO implementation
  • Testing
  • Deployment preparation

Accordingly, payments covering completed work are non-refundable.

8. SEO Services

SEO is an ongoing service influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, and many external factors.

Therefore:

  • Monthly SEO fees are non-refundable once work for the billing cycle has started.
  • VELNXT does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, enquiries, or business outcomes.

9. Third-Party Purchases

Payments made for third-party products or services are non-refundable, including:

  • Domain registration
  • Hosting plans
  • Premium themes
  • Premium plugins
  • Software licenses
  • Email services
  • API subscriptions
  • Cloud services
  • Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Any refund for these items will be subject to the policies of the respective provider.

10. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital products and custom development, completed deliverables cannot be returned.

Once files, designs, code, documents, or other digital assets have been delivered, they are not eligible for a refund.

11. Service Quality

If you are not satisfied with our work, we encourage you to contact us promptly.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions or corrections within the agreed project scope before considering any refund request.

12. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
