8. Website Content
Unless otherwise agreed:
The client is responsible for providing:

- Images

- Legal policies
- Copyrighted materials
VELNXT may assist with content creation where included in the project scope.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment:
- The client owns the final website design and approved content created specifically for the project.
- Third-party software, plugins, themes, fonts, stock assets, APIs, and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
- VELNXT retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, automation frameworks, and internal development methodologies.
10. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms including:

- Google Search Console
- Meta Platforms
- Cloudflare
- OpenAI

- Payment gateways
- Other approved software
VELNXT is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

12. AI Services

Clients acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may require human review and refinement. Final approval remains the client’s responsibility.
13. Website Maintenance
Maintenance services are provided only under an active maintenance agreement or support plan.
Without an active maintenance agreement, clients are responsible for:
- Website updates
- Plugin updates
- Security monitoring
- Backups
- Performance optimization
14. Support
Support is available during our regular business hours.
Support includes issues covered under the agreed service scope.
New feature requests, redesigns, or additional development may require separate quotations.
15. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
If cancellation occurs:
- Payments already made are generally non-refundable for work completed.
- Completed deliverables will be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
- Any outstanding dues remain payable.

19. Limitation of Liability
VELNXT shall not be liable for:

- Hosting outages
